Getting your questions answered

If you need help with any of the MVS products or services, this is the place to start.

Request an Account
Before you can purchase seats and enroll students you’ll need to request an account with MVS. Schools, home-schools and parents who want to enroll student in MVS courses must have an account first. The Request an Account page will direct you to the MVS Course Enrollment Management System, referred to as CEMS, where you’ll enter the information necessary to create your account.

Password Recovery
Password Recovery is where authorized CEMS users (which you’ll be after your MVS account is approved) can retrieve a forgotten password. You’ll need to know your Login ID or Email address to use the retrieval feature.

Technical Requirements
A fast, reliable Internet connection is a basic requirement for taking Michigan Virtual School courses and using the myDeamExplorer® career development website. Additional requirements are listed on the Technical Requirements page. 

MVS Help Desk Hours
Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to Midnight
Sunday: 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Saturday: No service

If you contact the Help Desk during closed hours, your voice message will be logged and responded to during the next scheduled hours. The toll-free number for the Help Desk is 888.889.2840. Please use the Help Desk request form to contact the Help Desk electronically (see below).
