Refund/credit deadline for MVS courses (Flex, World Language, Advanced Placement and Middle School). If the course is dropped before the posted drop date:
- Schools with prepaid seats will receive a one-seat credit.
- At the school's request, the course fee (minus a $25 nonrefundable administrative fee) will be refunded instead of a seat credit.
Refund/credit deadline for Apex Advanced Placement. If the Apex AP course is dropped before the posted drop date:
- Schools with prepaid seats will receive a one-seat credit.
- At the school’s request, the course fee (minus a $25 nonrefundable administrative fee) will be refunded instead of a seat credit.
Refund/credit deadline for Student Direct courses. A refund of the course fee is available (minus a $25 nonrefundable administrative fee) if MVS receives the drop request within 10 calendar days of the student's enrollment date.
Course materials. Students/schools are responsible for any materials required for the course unless otherwise specificed. Please see the course description for any required materials.
