The MVU Customer Care Center can answer questions about accessing courses, taking tests, credits and more. Do you have a question about the Michigan Virtual School or any of our other programs? We’re available to assist you Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.  After hours, customers may leave a voicemail, create a web form ticket or email customer care. The MVU Care Team will respond as early as possible on the next business day.

Want to enroll a student into a course?
Schools, home-schools and parents who want to enroll student in MVS courses must have an account first. Visit the MVS Customer & Enrollment Management System, referred to as CEMS, for more information.

CEMS Login ID/Password Recovery
If you've forgotten your CEMS Login ID or Password, you can recover them on the CEMS homepage. Look for the Recover My CEMS Login ID/Password links in the CEMS User Login area.
